Corruption

Veteran leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party and former Dy. Prime Minister, Shri Lal Krishna Advani once again is all set to embark on a nationwide Yatra from coming 11th October 2011 (Tuesday). The purpose of “Jan Chetna Yatra" is to mobilise public opinion against corruption. By going throughout the country for 40 days yatra like this , does it completely helps to remove corruption? Only the people who are not interested in corruption alone will hear the words of this yatra. Only those people will come to know about this awareness yatra or only those people, will be interested to learn more about this. What about rest of the people?
Instead of going for yatra like this ,the government can  implement some other measures  to make the laws and their governance powerful. The newspapers and media are all full of 2G scam, whether Mr.Hazare is going to form a political party,Yatra against corruption ,Mr.Maran’s CBI investigation for coercive act,…etc. This shows how our country is affected because of corruption.
But this can be eradicated to some extent by implementation of Lokayuktas. Jan Chetna Yatra, Lokpall bill all these can be successful only when all people oppose bribe givers and bribe takers.
But these Bill is necessary to eradicate corruption to some extend.
