Nowadays thousands of Small and Medium- scale Business(SMB) have started using information Technology tools for finding new markets and for maintenance. Several IT companies offer them services and products.
For instance, Google India has launched, ”India get your Business online” it helps in five lakh SMB’s to go online. TCS has introduced iON for providing integrating IT services to SMB’s.
The SMB’s using IT services are at different level. Those at entry level just use hardware and software. The one at quite higher levels instead of using static websites they uses database-oriented services, while some others uses social networking sites for advertising and so on.
Federation of Indian Small and Medium-scale Business says, Google brought more SMB’s to use IT tools and it also joins with TCS to provide cloud services for SMB’s.
To know about IT services which is used by SMB’s is really very interesting to me. IT services has started providing effective services even to a lay man running SMB. It’s a great thing.
